Terms of Service

Quotes and estimates are provided for your convenience and are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on your vehicle, the parts and products selected, and the scope of work, and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates may change if conditions discovered during the work differ from what was described.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may require a deposit for certain parts or services. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer. Deposits for special-order parts may be non-refundable once ordered.

Many of the products we install carry manufacturer warranties — for example, LLumar (window tint and paint protection film), FEYNLAB (ceramic coatings), and our suspension brands. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and registration requirements. Workmanship is warranted as described on your invoice.

You are responsible for removing personal belongings before service and for disclosing any known issues with your vehicle. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for items left in the vehicle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renegade Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in or serving Rockwall County, Texas.
